  • Recognizing and defining your skills, interests, and values and applying those to your next steps in life

  • Dealing with the expectations of those around you and how to swim against the current

  • What your personal brand is and why it matters more than ever (hint: it's not about selling yourself) 

  • 5 major shifts in the marketplace and their impact on your professional future

  • How to use tools such as Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook to your advantage

  • How to utilize social media to build your internal & external brand (and why that matters more than ever)

  • Managing the expectations of employers and what you need to do to be successful in your work environment

  • Learning to work with your co-workers with effective communication including working with all the different generations

  • Knowing when to hold 'em & when to leave when you have made the wrong career move, and how to move on
