Cost: The registration cost for Alumni celebrating their 25th Reunion is $25 (free for guests). See the details section below for more information on what is included in basic registration.

Some activities listed as options on this registration page have an additional associated cost, such as football tickets and the 25th Celebration Dinner.

All details, including costs, are clearly indicated for each optional activity, so you can build the perfect Homecoming Weekend experience for yourself and your guests! Online payment accepted by direct debit or major credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express).

Details:
25th Reunion Homecoming Registration for alumni includes: 
  • Special photo name badge
  • 25th Reunion Jacket Bar
  • Alumni Pin commemorating your reunion milestone this year
Next, customize your weekend with the following options:
  • 25th Celebration dinner on Saturday evening
  • Ticket to the Football Game - Queen's vs. York
  • Gaels Club Access (Licensed tent area at Richardson Stadium)
  • Faculty-specific receptions, tours, open-houses, and other events
Some activities being organized by alumni Reunion Coordinators, students, Queen's Faculties, Schools and Departments, and the Kingston community may require separate registration and may have a cost associated with them. Registration information and event details for these additional activities will be listed and updated on the Homecoming Events Listing page (link will open in new window) as they are confirmed. 

 

Please note:

  • Be sure to add each of your guests, their contact information, and select all the activities/events that you wish to attend (for you and for your guests). Once your registration is submitted, changes can only be made by contacting the Reunions Office directly.

  • Any football tickets purchased through this site will be ready for pick-up as part of your registration package when you check in at the Alumni Meet & Greet event at Grant Hall. Alumni Meet & Greet takes place from 1:00-6:00 pm on Friday, October 17, and again from 8:00-11:00 am on Saturday, October 18. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR FOOTBALL TICKETS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE STADIUM.

  • Should any details change with respect to the events you have selected, we will send you an update by email.

  • As part of our commitment to an inclusive and accessible Homecoming, we have created volunteer roles dedicated to providing onsite direction/support to persons who self-identify as living with a disability at Homecoming. Accessibility Champion volunteers will be present at the Welcome Home! Alumni Meet & Greet and Homecoming Football Game.

  • Your name will be posted on the 25th Reunion "Who's Coming" site, should you indicate this as your preference. If you would like to include a prior name/maiden name, please include that in brackets (e.g. "Kathryn Vilela (Barron)"). Please note that information such as your degree/year may take 2-3 business days to show up on the site.
