Hyla Nayeri (BCom’17) is the co-founder (Head of Sales, Growth Strategies and Partnerships) of 437 SWIMWEAR. Hyla launched 437 with her best friend and co-founder, Adrien Bettio (BCom’17). During Hyla’s time at Queen’s, she completed the Queen’s Innovation Connector Summer Initiative (QICSI), an Executive-MBA-style boot camp focusing on new venture launches. Prior to QICSI, she spent a summer working for experiential marketing firm, T1, where she focused on the marketing strategy for the Nike Women’s 15K Race in Toronto.

When Hyla is not working, you can find her eating pasta at a trendy restaurant in Toronto, working it off at Barry’s Bootcamp, or jetting off somewhere — the only prerequisite being a beach or a vibrant food culture.

Erik Wachman obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Queen’s School of Business in 2011 and remains an active member of the Queen’s community serving as a Vice-President on the Smith Toronto Alumni Club. Hamy Nguyen (BCom'15) is a reformed nomad – having lived abroad her whole life before crash landing in Canada, where she is proud to call home. In no particular order: she loves design, strategy and coffee.

She started her career consulting for some great Canadian brands at Interbrand, and went on to launch hair care innovations at P&G. She then found her best self, recently, travelling through North America, making art, and freelancing as a designer.

Currently, she's really excited about bringing ecobee’s service offering to life to help empower businesses to reduce their energy usage and make our planet a happier, greener one. Off-duty, she enjoys making art, long runs and a daily doses of Anderson .Paak.
