|Cost:|| Payment by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), online banking, and 'Mail in a cheque' can be accepted. If you select the 'Mail in a cheque' payment option, your registration will not be considered final until your cheque is received by the Alumni Relations office. Early Bird Weekend registration payment must be received by Friday, April 20, 2012. All other payment must be received no later than Monday, May 21, 2012. |
There are 4 Registration Options to choose from. All fees include taxes.
Option 1 - Weekend Package
ONLY $199 per person
includes ALL scheduled MiniU meals, sessions, refreshment breaks, Last Lecture on Earth, Haunted Walk, Alumni Social, and Queen's Ceilidh; excludes travel, campus residence or hotel accommodation, and optional Field Trips or Activities.
Option 2 - Weekend Package with Accommodation
includes ALL scheduled MiniU meals, sessions, refreshment breaks, Last Lecture on Earth, Haunted Walk, Alumni Social, and Queen's Ceilidh PLUS two nights accommodation (Friday and Saturday) in a 2-bedroom residence unit in Leggett Hall on Stuart Street; excludes travel and optional Field Trips or Activities.
Please note: only 1 guest in your group needs to book residence accommodations; all other guests should sign up for one of the other registration options (ie. Weekend Package, Day Pass, or À la Carte); maximum accommodation capacity is 4 guests per residence unit.
Option 3 - Day Passes
Friday $115 per person includes 2 education sessions, Welcome Reception and Dinner, Haunted Walk, and Alumni Social
Saturday $100 per person includes breakfast, lunch, education sessions; Last Lecture on Earth
Sunday $80 per person includes breakfast, 2 education sessions, and Closing Luncheon.

ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCE ACCOMMODATION
included in Option 2 is two nights in a 2-bedroom residence unit in Leggett Hall. Located near the shores of Lake Ontario, this residence is within easy walking distance to Kingston's vibrant downtown. Each unit is climate-controlled and features one double bed in each bedroom and a shared 3-piece bath. Housekeeping service every other day includes bed-making and towel refresh. Guests are asked to provide their own hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Residence check-in begins at 3pm on Friday; a secure room has been reserved at Leggett Hall so you can leave your luggage while you are in afternoon sessions. Check-out is 11am on Sunday.
