Alumni Volunteer Summit is a conference offering opportunities for current and prospective Queen's volunteers to connect, learn and celebrate. The weekend culminates with the QUAA Alumni Awards Gala, honouring notable Queen's alumni and Queen's community members who serve the university and the world at large in exceptional ways.

Queen's Alumni Volunteer Summit 2018
  
Focused on "Building a Better Volunteer: From Recruitment to Recognition", this year’s conference features keynote speakers Kate Rowbotham and Daniel R. Woolf, Queen’s Principal and Vice Chancellor. 
 

Additionally, the conference, held at the Donald Gordon Conference Centre, will include:

  • Friday networking dinner at the Donald Gordon Centre Coach House Pub, hosted by the QUAA Kingston Branch
  • GradBash - graduating student event at Grant Hall
  • Opportunities to learn from fellow volunteers
  • Amenities including: parking; Saturday breakfast, lunch, all-day coffee and snacks; and full use of conference facilities

Rooms are available at the Donald Gordon Centre for $146/night (including hot breakfast). Make sure to book your room soon to avoid disappointment!

The QUAA Alumni Awards Gala (Saturday, April 7)

 

This black tie gala event honouring extraordinary alumni achievements will be hosted by Queen’s Principal and Vice Chancellor, Daniel R. Woolf, and Queen's University Alumni Association Incoming President, Jeremy Mosher.
